- The landing-page assistant, interactive demos and FAQ features run locally in your browser. They do not send your entries to Luvalia.
- The site stores your light/dark theme preference in
localStorage. Guidance also stores project configuration there for up to 30 days, with contact details excluded from persisted configuration. - Luvalia does not currently set cookies or use analytics, advertising pixels, behavioural tracking or profiling on this website.
- The Guidance configurator stores project configuration and local uploads on your device as described below.
- Luvalia receives personal data only when you actually send an email. Opening or preparing a message does not send it.

2. Landing page and local browser features
Assistant, demos and FAQs
Questions typed into the landing-page assistant and interactions with demos or FAQ controls are processed in your browser using predefined local logic. They are not transmitted to Luvalia, used to train a model or stored by Luvalia.
Theme preference
If you choose light or dark mode, the website stores the value under the browser key luvalia-theme in localStorage. This is a functional preference on your device, not a cookie, and it is not used to identify or track you.
No cookies or analytics
At the date shown above, the site does not set cookies and does not include analytics, advertising, cross-site tracking or behavioural profiling tools. If this changes, this policy and any required consent mechanism must be updated before those tools are enabled.
3. Guidance configurator
The Guidance project configurator is designed to work locally. Its project estimates are indicative and its privacy behaviour is as follows:

You can remove saved configuration through the configurator's reset controls or by clearing site data in your browser. Browser limits, private-browsing settings or manual clearing may remove it sooner. Local uploads are not included in share links.
4. Data received when you contact us
Luvalia receives information only when you actively send a message by email. Depending on what you include, this may contain your name, contact details, company, project description, budget or timing information, attachments and message metadata supplied by the communications provider.
Please do not send special-category data, passwords, production credentials or confidential third-party information unless it is necessary and an appropriate secure channel has been agreed.
5. Purposes and legal bases

Where consent is the appropriate basis, it will be requested separately and may be withdrawn at any time without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.
6. Retention
- Theme preference: remains in your browser until you change it or clear site data.
- Guidance configuration: local configuration is kept for up to 30 days; expired configuration is removed or ignored by the application. Local uploads remain in IndexedDB until replaced, deleted through the feature where available, or removed by clearing site data.
- Unsent contact details: are not persisted by Guidance and are not received by Luvalia.
- Sent enquiries: are kept while the enquiry is handled and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted or restricted unless needed for a contract, legal obligation or potential claim.
- Contract and invoicing records: are retained for the periods required by applicable tax, accounting and commercial law.
7. Recipients and international transfers
Luvalia does not sell personal data. Information you send may be handled by service providers needed to operate communications and contracted work, such as email, messaging, hosting, collaboration, accounting or professional advisers. Those providers act under their own terms or appropriate processing arrangements, depending on their role.
Email communications pass through the provider you choose to use. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where Luvalia is responsible for such a transfer, an applicable lawful transfer mechanism and safeguards must be used.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to competent authorities, or when reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
8. Your data-protection rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or opposition. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent and object to decisions based solely on automated processing; Luvalia does not currently use such decisions on this site.
Send a clear request to contacto@luvalia.com. Luvalia may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify identity and protect your data.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or another competent supervisory authority.
9. Security, children and policy changes
Security
Luvalia applies proportionate technical and organisational measures intended to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No internet or messaging system can be guaranteed completely secure, so sensitive information should be shared only through an agreed channel.
Children
The website and project services are aimed at businesses and adults. They are not intentionally directed to children, and Luvalia does not knowingly request children's data through the site.
Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect operational, technical or legal changes. The current version and update date will appear on this page. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate visible notice where required.
